• Verify the previous election's files were retained and removed

• Program Election & Design Ballot in VxDesign

• Configure VxAdmin

• Review Definition

• Create Election Manager & Poll Worker Cards

• Format USB Drives

• Save Ballot Package

• Configure VxScans

• Configure VxCentralScan

• Prepare for Logic and Accuracy Testing
