Closing Polls

Prepare VxScan

• unseal and document the interior panel seal as required

• open the interior panel

• insert the Poll Worker Card

open the interior panel, insert the Poll Worker Card

Close the Polls

• select Yes, Close the Polls

• insert a piece of thermal paper into the back of the printer (one copy of the Polls Closed Report will print)

select, Yes, Close the Polls

insert a piece of thermal paper into the back of the printer

• select Print Additional Polls Closed Report to print more reports as necessary

• remove the Poll Worker Card from VxScan

• remove the USB drive from the port and secure as required

select Print Additional Polls Closed Report

remove the Poll Worker Card

remove the USB drive

The polls are now closed.
